Made from fresh cow’s milk, Pascual yogurts are pasteurized by heat treatment and sealed without altering the taste. A technology that allows the product to be stored safely without refrigeration for up to seven months.

This world exists thanks to Pascual, whose products are manufactured in Spain by Calidad Pasqual, one of the leading Spanish dairy groups with 22 industrial sites. No refrigeration required !

Like all yogurt, Pascual products are derived from the fermentation of milk through the action of two ferments: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Subsequently pasteurized, they retain the benefits of this fermentation.

It is the pasteurization treatment – which consists in heating foods to a defined temperature for a certain period of time before cooling them quickly – that stabilizes the shelf life of Pascual yogurts. It also preserves its nutrients and taste while making it completely safe for everyone, especially for pregnant women and people with sensitive stomachs.

As a result, even if these yogurts were made from living microorganisms or crops, each pot does not contain any living micro-organism after being pasteurized. Therefore, it is not necessary to keep them cool, because their packaging ensures their quality even without refrigeration.

Pascual yogurt remains fresh in terms of taste, quality and nutrition for 210 days from the date of manufacture. However, it is advisable to store them in a clean and dry place, at a maximum temperature of 35°C.
